01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or connecting your GitHub, GitLab, or Slack workspaces to QodeCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
02. Description of Service
QodeCheck provides AI-powered static analysis, security vulnerability detection, code quality assessment, and automated pull request reviews. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
03. User Obligations
Authorized Access
You must only connect repositories and workspaces that you own or have explicit permission to audit.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Prohibited Use
No illegal activities, reverse-engineering attempts, or abuse of our scanning infrastructure.
04. Billing & AI Wallet
Access to the Service is provided under a subscription plan granting a fixed number of active repositories, plus a pre-allocated AI credit balance.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Unused AI wallet balances are consumed as scans are performed and are non-refundable upon termination.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QodeCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
07. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your source code. Audit reports generated by the Service are owned by you. QodeCheck retains all rights to its analysis engine, AI models, scoring methodology, logos, and proprietary software.
08. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms, abuse the scanning infrastructure, or fail to maintain a valid payment method on a paid plan. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
